Best Tips for Success with Fitness and Weight Loss

Have tried for so many times and been on so many programs I should be an expert at reaching my goals! Right? Nope, not an expert, but I do have a much better idea of what works and what does not work.  Some of the things that work for me may not work for others, and the same back what works for others may not work for me. We are all different, but we are working toward the same primary goal. Here are just a few of those things that work for me.

I have found that being a member of a Challenge Group, using Beach Body on Demand, following the meal plans provided and using the Tracker app are the perfect answer for me. There is no room for excuses anymore. I feel like my path has not only led me to fond my own fitness and weight loss but to that my purpose is to help others.

I made the decision to sign up as a coach, wanted to be a discount customer, I love my Shakeology and I have been using the performance supplements, the power boosters and I have added in the ActiVit. The 25% discount really helps, right? You bet it does! But, the more I looked at helping others I have begun to work on building up some clients to assist. This is still in a very early stage eight now, and Inonly have two Discount coaches on my team. I am still on my own journey and I am about half way there, so I will be a participant in my own group for a time.  I am looking forward to working on myself, and helping others at the same time!
