Good Morning! It is Clean Week

Today is Day one of Clean Week! You might be wondering what is Clean Week? That is a very good question, especially if you have not been following healthy eating habits and meal plans. Clean Week is a 7 Day program that will give you an opportunity to try out starting an improved lifestyle, “Why make it a lifestyle before you make it one week!”.  During this week our group will follow the Clean Week with daily motivation, daily teaching and learning opportunities about clean eating, meal preps, hydration, planned workouts, Shakeology (optional), and accountability.

If anyone has ever thought I would like to change my eating habits, and get healthier, then this is the place to start.
