Motivational Monday

Mondays are either exciting and I am ready to take charge of my day, week and life, or they are hard and I dread getting up! I just want to stay in my pajamas and watch movies till I am blurry eyed. ┬áSometimes I feel like what’s the use! I just can’t seem to make those who matter on my life happy or inspire others to be the best that they can be! The harder I try the farther away ai push those I want to appreciate me, to be proud of me and thank me for making things go better.

Today is one of those Mondays, but I am going to get off my butt and do what I have to do and take care of myself! My health, wellness and fitness take priority over making other people happy.

When I joined a Challenge Group that was a turning point in my thought processes. Now I am offering others that opportunity, by holding my own Challenge Group, for motivation, support, and Accountability. All you have to do is believe in yourself, push play, eat healthy foods and slowly get your life better?
