Sunday Meal Planning and Prep

A typical Sunday for me is to start out with a plan for all my meals coming up for the new week. This Sunday is not any different than any other, once I have my menu set up I can download the recipes that I will be using for this week. This week is going to be a start up week for a new Challenge Group “Jump Back Into your Jeans” !

 

After checking my pantry and making out the list for those items I will need to start the meal prep, I am off to my nearby market to shop for the upcoming week.  When I get home I put out all my ingredients and start with my breakfasts. Once they are made and packed into individual containers for each day, I do the same for lunches and my snacks. I generally put baby carrots, celery, and apple slices into individual plastic baggies, that makes it easy to grab and go.

As I mentioned Monday 10/23/17 we are starting the first week of a new Challenge, Jump Into your Jeans. This Challenge will run 10/23-11/19. We are going to have some special motivational prizes that the Challengers will be able to earn points and there will be weekly winners. At the end of this Challenge the overall winner will win a Gift Card to their choice of a favorite store, for a New Pair Of Jeans! This is an added bonus to the normal Challenge Group, as always you will get Meal Plans weekly, Recipes, Accountability, and lots of support from the Lead Coach, the Coaches in Training, and returning Challengers continuing on their journey.  Friendships are being made among a group of women who many have never met in person.
